Learn how to change the envelope size on the Connect+ series and SendPro P-series
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
With the Connect+® series and SendPro® P machines you can change the type and size of the envelope you are using.
  1. Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
  2. Select anywhere within the envelope on the Run Mail screen.
  3. Select the Envelope size option from the list box on the left of the Edit envelope screen.
  4. Select the appropriate size (DL, C5, C4, Custom).
  5. Select OK.
