Selecting Job ID's while running mail on the Connect+ Series and SendPro P
Learn how to select Job ID's while running mail on the Connect+ Series and SendPro P.
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
Job IDs are selected on the Run Mail screen. Depending on your account settings, you may be required to enter a Job ID 1 and/or Job ID 2 before processing mail. For more information, see Requiring and autoclearing Job ID's on the Connect+ Series and SendPro P.
- Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen
- Select Job ID 1 in the Mail Information list box.
- If you know the Job ID 1, type in the ID number and select OK.
- If you want to see a list of recently used Job ID 1's, select View all recent Job ID 1's. Select the appropriate Job ID 1 and then select OK. If necessary, you can use the arrow keys to scroll through the list.
- If you want to remove the Job ID 1 from the job, select Clear Job ID 1.
- Select Job ID 2 in the Mail Information list box.
- If you know the Job ID 2, type in the ID number and select OK.
- If you want to see a list of recently used Job ID 2's, select View all recent Job ID 2's. Select the appropriate Job ID 2 and then select OK. If necessary, you can use the arrow keys to scroll through the list.
- If you want to remove the Job ID 2 from the job, select Clear Job ID 2.
