Redelivery will be attempted once if your parcel has not been left at the local post office or with a neighbour.
If this redelivery is unsuccessful, you may ask for a 3rd attempt or for the parcel to be collected.
To do this, please contact Parcelforce:
- Go to www.parcelforce.com
- Select Receiving a parcel
- Select Redelivery and fill in the form.
Note: Redelivery possibilities for international parcels will depend on the destination country and partners therein.
