To run a sample mail piece on the franking machine to ensure the job will run with all elements (address, graphics etc.) positioned correctly:

  1. Ensure that the job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
  2. Press the Options key.
  3. Select Print a sample piece.
  4. Select Start or Tape.
