Staff sign in

Transform the staff sign in experience, safeguarding employees in the event of an emergency and measuring staff attendance and hours. Staff can sign in using your visitor iPad on reception, or connect multiple iPads at each entry point under the same site subscription (all entry points must be located within the same postcode).

Video welcome screens

You can customise the video welcome screen for each site. By personalising each site’s greeting with relevant content, you can ensure visitors receive information on how to stay safe on your site.

Questionnaires

Select from eight different types of custom field and ask your guests any questions you need to. The data is then stored against your visitor’s record along with any other documentation that is required such as health & safety policies and work permits.
