SendPro Enterprise version 8.58.0 Release Notes (March 13, 2024)

Note: Some changes affect all SendPro Enterprise users, while other changes affect licensed users only. If you are a subscriber, your SendPro Enterprise is hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud with the address https://name.sendproenterprise.com, where "name" is your organization's unique value. If you are a licensed user, your SendPro Enterprise is not hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Addressed Security hardening concerns due to independent penetration testing results.

Data management large file export not working

Affects licensed SendPro Enterprise users only.

Addressed an issue with large file exports via the Data Management App.

USPS Restricted Delivery Fee

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Certified Mail App maintains Restricted Delivery Fee when selection is removed.

PB Shipping API - USPS Ground Advantage Tracking

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

An amendment has been made to the PB Shipping API - USPS connector to automatically add Delivery Confirmation - No Signature special service to qualifying Ground Advantage service shipments when rating and shipping.

Purolator API passing street number in two fields

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

The street number is printed twice on the Purolator Label.

Data Management App TXT SFTP file import unable to use semicolon

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Unable to export a TXT file using SFTP when using a semicolon as the chosen delimiter. When a semicolon was used, it would change to a pipe delimiter.

Existing templates will need to be recreated. See Failed to export a text file using SFTP when using a semicolon as a delimiter in SendPro Enterprise.

Certified Mail App Console Error on Refresh

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Addressed an issue with the Certified Mail App correctly loading defaults.

FedEx: Unable to create IDG Dangerous Goods label Lithium Battery

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Added functionality to process lithium battery shipments with the MailCenter App.

DHL not printing individual package comments on the package label

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Addressed an issue where the package details were not printed on the label. The labels will now display the content descriptions for each package under the reference code.

Ship Request: Only allowed to be processed once

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

When in the Mail Center App, a user can process the same ship request ID multiple times. A new app setting has been created to allow each ID to be used only once or for multiple uses.

FedEx International Dangerous Goods Failure

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

FedEx Web Services connector has been amended to correctly handle hazardous consumer commodity shipments.

Data Management Export error

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Addressed an issue causing shipment transaction export files to fail. SQL Query changed to minimize SQL execution time for Shipment Transaction exports.

USPS shipments missing tracking and signature data

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Addressed an issue causing USPS shipments to be missing tracking and signature data.

FedEx WS: International multipack shipments fail to generate Commercial Invoice

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Addressed an issue with multipack shipments and international documents with FedEx Web Services.

Add Field to Shipment Transaction Export

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

“EstimatedDeliveryCode” was added to the Shipment Transaction Export stored procedure.

UPS Bill Receiver for Duties and Taxes

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Addressed an issue with UPS API Duties and Taxes for Bill Recipient.

Bulk List Processor fails with FedEx Home Delivery

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Addressed an issue causing the Bulk List Processor to fail with FedEx Home Delivery.

Rate Shop Sortation Corrected for Calendar View

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

The calendar view of the rate shop screen showed rates in the wrong order.

UPS API has a condition where SPE orphans UPS shipping labels with an error

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Addressed an issue causing UPS API shipments to fail but remain booked in the UPS System.

Purolator API Tracking

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

An update to the Purolator API and the Carrier Tracking portal has been completed to allow successful tracking in the platform.

FedEx Commercial Invoice Images not saving

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Addressed an issue causing FedEx Commercial Invoice Images to not be saved.

Consolidated Open - Importer of Record Not Sent To FedEx

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Importer of Record not transmitting to FedEx when opening a consolidated shipment.
