Resetting the security question for the Your Account online portal

Learn how to change the security question and answer you selected when registering for your online account.
When you registered for the Your Account portal, you chose a security question and answer. You can change them by signing in to your online portal.

Updating the security question for your online portal

  1. Go to the Your Account signin page.
  2. If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard. 
  3. Select the Your Account menu and click Password & Security.
  4. Select a new security question from the menu under Your Security Question.
  5. Enter the answer to your security question in the Your Answer field. 
  6. Select Continue
