Canceling your PitneyShip subscription using the PitneyShip mobile app

If you no longer use your PitneyShip subscription, you can cancel it using the PitneyShip mobile app.

If you would like to cancel your PitneyShip subscription, you can cancel it using the PitneyShip mobile app.

  1. Launch the PitneyShip mobile app.
  2. Tap More > Plans and Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  4. Fill out the survey.
  5. Tap Submit Request.
  6. Tap OK.

Your account will be canceled, and you will no longer have access. Your account data will be retained for 24 months for audit purposes. Any remaining postage will be refunded to your original form of payment in 30 days.

Note: Only users with the role of Admin can cancel a subscription.
