Installing software updates with IntelliLink Desktop

IntelliLink Desktop is a Windows application that keeps SendSuite Xpress and Ascent current with the latest software and data file updates. When updates are available for installation, the IntelliLink Desktop icon in the system tray (small icons near the clock) notifies you that updates are available.

IntelliLink Desktop is a Windows application that keeps SendSuite Xpress and Ascent current with the latest software and data file updates. When updates are available for installation, the IntelliLink Desktop icon in the system tray (small icons near the clock) notifies you that updates are available.
  1. When the IntelliLink Desktop icon in the system tray displays a notification that updates are available, double-click on the IntelliLink Desktop icon, or right-click on it and select Open IntelliLink Desktop.

  2. Select the Updates tab.
  3. Select the Install button next to an update to install it.
  4. When the update is complete, IntelliLink Desktop automatically checks for the next update. If more updates are found, repeat step 3 until no more updates are available.
