HEADLINE ENHANCEMENTS

This section describes the major new features or enhancements that are included in this release.

DHL XML-PI. Added support for DHL Commercial Invoice Output Type.

The output type DHL Commercial Invoice is now available when shipping with DHL XML-PI.

PB Shipping API. Updated Production and Staging Uris.

Updated the Production and Staging Uris whereby they are now in line with the carriers change.

DHL eCommerce API. Updated carrier functionality.

The following updates have been implemented to align with the latest version of the DHL API (v4):

• Added support for Track and Rate carrier functions.
• Removed support for the Return carrier function and Return label.

SUPPORT ITEMS

This section includes items that have been raised via Support and escalated to Development for resolution within this release.

Outputs. Bill of Lading Now Correctly Displays Package Weight and No. of Pieces.

The Package Weight and No. of Pieces fields are now shown correctly on Bill of Lading outputs. Previously, incorrect values were displayed due to the stored procedure, GetDomesticReport, using a sum function for the fields when generating the output.

Outputs. Fixed issue with Delivery Variance (Active Report) reports failing to generate.

The Delivery Variance report format was changed from CPL format to FPL format to accommodate large amounts of data.

Cardinal Courier. Resolved issue with rating and shipping endpoints.

Cardinal Courier rating and shipping endpoints are now correct.

OTHER CHANGES

This section contains information about minor changes and corrections. It can include issues raised in previous releases that have been corrected.

Canada Post. Improvements to Tracking

CanadaPost Tracking now functions as expected.

POSSIBLE BREAKING CHANGES

This section lists all changes that have the potential to break legacy functionality. Please review the contents of this section before updating any project to understand the changes that are being made and any actions that you need to take prior to applying the patches.

Change: Updated DHL eCommerce API to align with the release of a new version of the carrier’s API (version 4). In addition, removed support of Return functionality.

Action: Users will require new credentials from DHL. Returns will not be possible until this is supported by the carrier’s API.
