Zebra format thermal labels printed from SendSuite Live are blurry

Learn how to resolve an issue where Zebra format thermal labels printed from SendSuite Live are blurry, fuzzy, or unclear.

When a carrier label is set up to print in Zebra format, the label comes out fuzzy or blurry.

The Print Rate is too fast.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps to change the Print Rate property in the label’s Zebra code:

If this is continuous media, check the continuous media box at the bottom of the page.
Select Ok.
Select Labels under Outputs in the left pane.
Select and open the faulty label configuration.
Select Configured Thermal Options in the right pane near the bottom of the page.
Highlight your new thermal option.
Click Select.
Select Ok to close the Thermal Options Configuration window.
Select Ok to close the label configuration page.
If this is continuous media, check the continuous media box at the bottom of the page.
Select Ok.
Select Labels under Outputs in the left pane.
Select and open the faulty label configuration.
Select Configured Thermal Options in the right pane near the bottom of the page.
Highlight your new thermal option.
Click Select.
Select Ok to close the Thermal Options Configuration window.
Select Ok to close the label configuration page.
Highlight your new thermal option.
Click Select.
Select Ok to close the Thermal Options Configuration window.
Select Ok to close the label configuration page.
