How to create a certified mail label in Gen 2 Desktop Project in SendSuite Live
Learn how to create a certified mail label in a second generation (Gen 2) Desktop Project in SendSuite Live.

To create a certified mail label in a second generation (Gen 2) Desktop Project in SendSuite® Live:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select SendSuite Live Projects Login link.
- Select SendSuite Live Desktop 2.x.
- Select Login.
- After signing in, select the ellipsis (...) button next to the Ship to Search box.
- Locate your shipping address.
- Double-click to select the address.
- Select Next.
- Select the unit of measure and currency.
- Enter the weight and size of the package.
- (Optional) Select the plus (+) button next to the packages and fill in the fields.
- Select Next.
- Select the ellipsis (...) button next to Cost Center.
- Select the cost center.
- Select Next.
- Select one of the following process options:
- Option 1 - Use a Pre-printed Certified Mail Label
- Option 2 - Produce a Certified Mail Label at my Desktop
- Option 3 - Use a Pre-defined Certified Coversheet
- Option 4 - Use a Ship Request
- For this selection, choose Option 2 - Produce a Certified Mail Label at my Desktop.
- Select Next.
Note: Do not check remember my last choice.
- Select one of the following service types:
- Option 1 - First Class Mail
- Option 2 - Priority Mail
- Option 3 - Allow the mailroom to decide the service
Note: First Mail must weigh less than 13 oz.
- Select one of the following process mail options:
- Option 1 - Allow the mailroom to process my mail piece using my pre-printed label
- Option 2 - I will process my mail piece manually now with a postage meter
- Select Next.
- Print the shipping label.
- Select Done to begin a new shipment.
