"No response was received from the request you last made" (3008) message when loading SendSuite Live project

Learn how to resolve the error "No response was received from the request you last made" with event code 3008 when loading a project in SendSuite Live.

Issue

When opening a Ship or Mailroom project in SendSuite Live, the error "No response was received from the request you last made" is displayed. The project does not load, and all boxes and menus are blank.

The error in Event Viewer shows:

Event code: 3008
Event message: A configuration error has occurred.

Note: If the error in the Event Viewer shows "System.Net.Mail.SmtpFailedRecipientException: Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.1 Unable to relay", see Resolve "No response was received from the request you last made" when loading project in SendSuite Live.

Cause

There is an issue with .Net and Internet Information Services (IIS).

Resolution

This issue must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
