To disable or enable the present sensor on a 1E26 printer:
  1. Select Start > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click on the 1E26 printer.
  3. Select Printer Properties.
  4. Select the Tools tab.
  5. Select Configure.
  6. Select Configure Printer.
  7. Select the Features tab.
  8. Select Enable or Disable from the Present Sensor menu.
  9. Select Configure at the bottom of the screen.
  10. Select Send to Printer.
  11. Select OK.
  12. Restart the printer.
