Schedule automatic deposits

You can schedule deposits to your Deposit Account (Reserve Account) every week or month, or when your account balance drops below a limit you set.

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select the Postage menu and click Prepaid Balance.
  3. Select the Schedule a Deposit link option for the account you want to set up scheduled payments.
  4. Complete each section of the Schedule Reserve Account Deposits form.
  5. Select Submit.

Mail a Check

Ensure to include a Reserve account Deposit slip when paying by check. Use the button below to sign in to your online portal then select the Order deposit slip link.
