Resolution

  1. On the SendSuite® Live Server, in Progistics Management Console (PMC), toggle the Type of Rate Contract option.
  2. Run PMC as admin.
  3. Expand Carrier Configuration.
  4. Expand Canada post.
  5. Expand Shipper.
  6. Load Account Configuration.
  7. On the General tab, toggle the Type of Rate Contract between Generic Rated Contract and Non-Generic Contract.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Reload the SendSuite Live page and try another Canada Post shipment.
