Issue

When creating a shipping label in SendPro Online or PitneyShip, the message "Oops — something went wrong. We couldn't complete your last action. It may be something on our end." appears.

Cause

This error can be caused by several different things.

Resolution

  1. Click the Show error details link in the error message.

Error details

AADSTS70000: The user could not be authenticated as the grant is expired. The user must sign in again

Office 365 integration is enabled and there is a problem with your Office 365 account.

  1. Select Settings > Preferences.
  2. Select the Revoke Access link next to Office 365.
  3. Once the connection is revoked, select the Connect link next to Office 365. You will be connected to the Office 365 page.
  4. Provide your Office 365 account information to reconnect your Office 365 account.

Configuration is missing PartnerID for the Logged in User

EELPFC has an invalid format, it must contain a proper AES Number, AESDOWN with valid information, or an appropriate Federal Trade Regulation Number.

If your recipient is in Canada, choose the AES Exemption NOEEI 30.36 - Shipments destined to Canada.

The international postal code and province for the recipient do not match. Verify that the recipient's postal code and province are correct.

(Connect+/Connect+ series and SendPro P only) This occurs when both an 8.5 x 11" report printer and a 4 x 6" thermal printer are plugged in at the same time. Disconnect the printer that is not in use.

Error: Invalid Origin Country Code

The value of the QTY field on the international customs form is too high. For example, if you are sending 1000 screws and enter QTY 1000 and an item description of SCREWS. Instead, change the description to "1 bag of 1000 screws" and the QTY to 1.

Inactive customer account

Your FedEx or UPS account is not authorized to do transactions. Contact FedEx or UPS regarding the status of your account.

internal.client.error

Your Office 365 security token has expired.

  1. Select Settings > Preferences.

Invalid Carrier Authentication Detail

Invalid/missing stateProvince of ShipTo

The international postal code and province for the recipient do not match. Verify that the recipient's postal code and province are correct.

Invalid value for ServiceId

The class you have chosen is not a valid class per the carrier for the recipient address. Select a different class, or contact the carrier for more information.

Must have less than thirty one shipping content blocks

The customs form may only contain 30 lines of itemization. Condense your list to fit within this limit.

No Service Name, Service option, Rate Type combination found that matches the shopping request

There may be an issue with your FedEx account. Contact FedEx regarding the status of your account.

rateTypeId FEDEX_ONE_RATE is invalid

Only US-owned FedEx accounts may be used. If you are using a US-based FedEx account, sign out of SendPro Online or PitneyShip, then sign back in and try again. If the issue is not resolved, verify with FedEx that your account is US-based.

Reason for export / content type must be of this valid set: gift

When using international large envelopes (any class), the What kinds of items are in your shipment field on the Customs Form must be Documents. Change the What kinds of items are in your shipment field to Documents.

Unauthorized API Access for given credentials

Your Sender address is invalid or corrupted.

  1. From the menu at the top, select Address Book.
  2. Select Senders.
  3. Select your Sender address and select Delete.
  4. Select the + icon and create a new Sender address.
