HEADLINE ENHANCEMENTS

This section describes the major new features or enhancements that are included in this release.

Midland Courier. Support for New Charge

Support has been added for the Pilot Fatigue surcharge when operating with Midland Courier.

This section includes items that have been raised via Support and escalated to Development for resolution within this release.

LabelMaster DGIS. Limited Quantity Detail Now Passed for CFR49 Hazardous Materials

A new CFRLimitedQuantity boolean element has been added to requests, and can be set for CFR49 materials using the Parcel Line Item Entry with Hazardous Sub Lines lookup. When enabled, the DGIS connector passes the CFRLimitedQuantity node to accompany the selected Packing Instruction type. If valid, the resulting LabelMaster Hazardous Shipping Papers will display the LTD QTY designation. Also, refer to the XML Schema Changes section of these release notes.

SendSuite Live. Updated Handling of Commas in REST Requests

REST requests now correctly handle data strings that include commas. Previously, the product would split the data string after the comma, resulting in information being excluded from requests.

OTHER CHANGES

This section contains information about minor changes and corrections. It can include issues raised in previous releases that have been corrected.

FedEx Server. Corrected Handling of Duty Payer Account Detail

When performing international FedEx Server shipments, ship requests now pass the Duties Payor Account Number to the carrier, if provided. The field is only included in the request if the international default in use has the Duty Payer Type set to Recipient. Also, refer to the XML Schema Changes section of these release notes.

FedEx Server. Corrected Missing Detail on Hazardous Outputs

When operating with FedEx Server, the OP-900LL Hazardous Shipping Papers output now displays the Hazardous Technical Name as expected.

UPS API. Addressed Handling of TimeInTransit Detail

An issue has been resolved whereby TimeInTransit data was not passed correctly in the client response when rating with UPS API.

Charge Types. Updated Treatment of Delivery Charges in Requests

The rate and ship responses have been updated to correctly pass Inside Delivery Charge and Lift Gate Delivery Charge with the correct charge type. Previously, both elements were available under Delivery Location Charge (ID 13). Also, refer to the Possible Breaking Changes section of these release notes.

CTSI. Resolved Errors when Voiding Shipments

Voided CTSI shipments are now correctly marked as such in the system, where previously errors presented when voiding CTSI transactions. Note that users should contact the carrier to confirm the shipment is voided.

UPS. Resolved Issues with SurePost Output Generation

When operating with UPS SurePost shipments to US territories, CN22 custom forms are now generated as expected if shipping with eight or less line items. In addition, CN72 customs forms are now correctly handled if shipping with eight or more line items. Also, refer to the XML Schema Changes section of these release notes.

Outputs. Added Support for UMSCA Certificate of Origin

Support has been added for the UMSCA Certificate of Origin output, which replaces the deprecated NAFTA Certificate of Origin. Note the product will automatically switch existing NAFTA Certificate of Origin output configurations to use the new UMSCA Certificate of Origin.

This section lists all changes that have the potential to break legacy functionality. Please review the contents of this section before updating any project to understand the changes that are being made and any actions that you need to take prior to applying the patches.

Change: Updated the rate and ship responses to pass the following elements with the correct charge type:

• Inside Delivery Charge now passed with charge type Inside Delivery Charge (ID 49).
• Lift Gate Delivery Charge now passed with charge type Lift Gate Delivery Charge (ID 52).

Previously, both elements were available under the Delivery Location Charge (ID 13), which is no longer returned in the client response.
