Support for Itemized Charges.

Support for UPS Access Point Deliveries.
Added new special service, Hold. If selected, a Shipper must specify access point for collection by the independent recipient. Such UPS access point address and the final intended recipient will both appear on the shipping label.
Hold shipments will fail without the selection of an appropriate UPS access point.
Within the Generation 2 Mailroom project template, upon selecting the Hold special service, a request will automatically be made to the carrier to find relevant locations. The access point viewer will then present with the results.
Also added an optional feature, Release Code. This is a code the final recipient must provide when collecting the package at the UPS access point. The code must be 4-6 digits and passed in the Packages/Package/ReferenceTwo field.
Support for Paperless Commercial Invoice.
Added new special service, Paperless Commercial Invoice. You can also pass the CommercialInvoicePaperless element in the client request. Generated label will now show EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
