To set up your device, you will have to sign up for a PitneyShip subscription or sign in as an existing PitneyShip software user. However, you can print labels with any shipping software and/or carrier website with limited capabilities. The built-in scale, mobile app measuring tool (only available on iOS) and stamp print features are only available when using the PitneyShip software on your computer or mobile app.
The included PitneyShip software can be accessed via your mobile phone or computer browser, letting you use PitneyShip Cube in the way that works best for your business.
Pitney Bowes Delivery Assurance will refund postage for Priority Mail shipments that are not delivered within 3 days from the date of the carriers first scan.
Currently PitneyShip Ecommerce plans can connect to Amazon, eBay and Shopify stores. More online store connections are coming soon.
PitneyShip Ecommerce plans are available for PitneyShip Cube users. If you are an existing PitneyShip software user, and purchase the PitneyShip cube, you can switch your plan type in the Plans and Subscription management page within PitneyShip.
Yes, if you already have established carrier accounts with UPS and FedEx, you can add your account information and to use your pre-negotiated rates. If you don't, you can create a UPS account in PitneyShip and access rates up to 88%‡ off UPS daily rates.
To ship with USPS, you will need to pre-fund your account to pay for postage. If shipping with UPS or FedEx, you will be sent an invoice for shipment costs.
