PitneyTrack® Inbound helps manage the growing volume of inbound packages and enhances accountability. It generates unique barcodes to track intradepartmental mail, while user-friendly handheld devices ensure a well-documented chain of custody as mail and packages move throughout the organization.
For secure, convenient package delivery, four ParcelPoint Smart Locker banks were installed throughout the building to handle packages and interdepartmental mail. With signature and photo capture, the client can always verify deliveries. They even reserved one locker column for employees and visitors to temporarily store personal items while in the office.
They chose PitneyShip® for outbound package management, accessing FedEx®, UPS®, and USPS® in one app. Their remote employees can ship from anywhere, eliminating reliance on the mail center. PitneyShip also offers visibility into shipments. The mail center now can see every piece that was sent out and who sent it. PitneyShip has simplified the way we send Certified Mail® with cost-saving electronic return receipts.
As a longtime Pitney Bowes postage meter customer, the company upgraded to the SendPro® MailCenter 3000.
Now the rate updates take no time at all so the team always has the most up-to-date rates. The team is also able to save settings for common job types, which helps them reduce the mail processing times to about 30 minutes per day.
