Pitney Bowes recognized as one of Forbes America’s Best Employers for Diversity
For the second year in a row, Pitney Bowes has been included in Forbes Magazine’s list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity and Inclusion. In collaboration with analytics firm Statista, Forbes identified The Best Employers for Diversity through an independent survey of over 50,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing more than 1,000 people in the United States.
“Our focus on being diverse and inclusive makes us stronger,” said Marc Lautenbach, CEO and President of Pitney Bowes. “We didn’t strive to create a diverse team and board because it was trendy. We did it because we firmly believe that diversity makes us better and inclusion is essential to drive engagement and deliver value to all our stakeholders. We have a diverse workforce, leadership team and board and we know we can and must continue to do more.”
“We are honored to be recognized by Forbes as a Best Employer for Diversity once again,” said Johnna Torsone, Chief Human Resources Officer of Pitney Bowes. “At Pitney Bowes, we are proud of our long history of valuing diversity and inclusion, and we know that providing opportunity and equity for our diverse workforce will help us create an even better future.”
