Companion mobile app released
A new mobile app for the iPhone named PB Companion UK (for users in the United Kingdom) and PB Companion ANZ (for users in Australia and New Zealand) is now available for download from the App Store. The mobile app allows registered staff to sign in / out using a QR code, manage visitors and start evacuation orders.
Issues Fixed
Visitors required to upload a document were able to sign in without uploading a document
Visitors are no longer able to sign in unless they have uploaded any required documents.
Radio button selection type was not available for NDA and Instruction input fields in visitor workflow
The radio button selection type is now available for use.
Agreement text for Health and Safety fields was missing from duplicated workflows.
The Agreement text for Health and Safety fields is now correctly duplicated.
Pre-registered visitors were unable to sign into the kiosk using a visitor workflow
Pre-registered visitors can now sign in to the kiosk using a visitor workflow if the pre-registration record includes the primary identifier required by the workflow (e.g. phone number or email address). If a pre-registered visitor signs in before or after the expected visit date, the details in the pre-registration record will not be used.
