Requesting a contract cancellation
Learn how to submit a request to cancel your contract with Pitney Bowes.
- Create a new to [email protected].
- In the body of the email include the following:
- Your account, contract or customer number
- Your company name
- The model and serial number of the equipment
- Your contact name and phone number
- The contract end date
- Send the email to [email protected]
- A representative will be assigned to help with completing your request.
Important: Equipment should not be returned without the authorisation documents issued by Pitney Bowes.
