Requesting a contract cancellation

Learn how to submit a request to cancel your contract with Pitney Bowes.
  1. Create a new to [email protected].
  2. In the body of the email include the following:
    • Your account, contract or customer number
    • Your company name
    • The model and serial number of the equipment
    • Your contact name and phone number
    • The contract end date
  3. Send the email to [email protected]
  4. A representative will be assigned to help with completing your request.

Important: Equipment should not be returned without the authorisation documents issued by Pitney Bowes.
