Changing your location or billing address
Learn how to update the physical location or billing address of your products and subscriptions.
- Create a new email to [email protected].
- In the body of the email include the following:
- Your account and contract or customer number
- Note: Include all account and contract numbers that require the address change.
- Company name
- Contact name
- Contact phone number
- Current address
- New address
- Your account and contract or customer number
- Send the email to [email protected].
- A representative will assist with completing your request.
Important:
- If the New Zealand business number (NZBN) changes, you might need a Novation Agreement. This agreement transfers the original contract to the new business and ensures all parties agree to the new terms.
- It can take up to 3 business days for the address to be updated. Invoices generated before the address change will reflect the old address.
