Changing your location or billing address

Learn how to update the physical location or billing address of your products and subscriptions.
  1.  Create a new email to [email protected].
  2. In the body of the email include the following:
    • Your account and contract or customer number
    • Company name
    • Contact name and phone number
    • Current address
    • New address
  3. Send the email to [email protected].
  4. A representative will assist with completing your request.

Important: It can take up to 3 business days for the address to be updated. Invoices generated before the address change will reflect the old address.
