Turning billing notification emails on and off

Sign in to Your Account to change your billing notification email settings. When billing notifications are turned on an email will be sent when a bill is available online.

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select the profile icon and click Email Notifications.

  3. The page will default to the billing notifications tab.
  4. Select the On / Off sliders for the required account.
