Issue 

You requested a password reset email for Your Account, but it hasn’t arrived.

Resolution

  1. Check your email junk or spam folder and search for the email address [email protected].
  2. Add the email address [email protected] to your address book and reset the password again.
    • Tip: Companies with high network security may need to have this email added to their approved recipient list to ensure it is not blocked.
