Troubleshoot a password reset for the Your Account portal

Follow the instructions below if you have forgotten a password to your online account or would like to amend your current password.

The Answer to the Security Question does not Match our Records

The answer provided to the security question is incorrect.
 
Resolution:
  1. Go to the Sign In page
  2. Select Forgot your password
  3. Select the option Email me to Reset my Password.
  4. Reset your password by selecting the link from the email that has been sent.
 

Password Reset Link was not Received

The email to complete a password reset was not received. 
 
Resolution:
  1. Check your email junk or spam folder and search for the email address transactional@emails.pitneybowes.com.
  2. Add the email address transactional@emails.pitneybowes.com to your address book and reset the password again.
    • 💡 Tip: Companies with high network security may need to have this email added to their approved recipient list to ensure it is not blocked. 
  3. If the email still cannot be located, please chat with us.
