Returning used ink cartridges

Access the UPS self serve portal to return used Pitney Bowes branded ink cartridges.

Important: The instructions provided below are for recycling empty Pitney Bowes branded ink cartridges only. For information on how to return unused consumables, see Consumables Return Policy and Procedure.

Returning a used ink cartridge

  1. Go to the self-serve UPS Portal.
  2. Select Continue as Guest.
  3. Enter the collection address details in the Ship From section.
  4. Select the label delivery method as 3 UPS on-call pick up
  5. Enter Used Inks in the Return Reference Number field.
  6. Select Process Shipment to complete.

Note: Ensure cartridges are boxed and sealed in suitable packaging when arranging returns.
