Refunding Unused Postage Funds

Information on how unused postage is refunded following cancellation.
Pitney Bowes starts the process of collecting your old franking machine once you receive a new franking machine or cancel your old franking machine.
  • A link will be provided via email to return the old machine. Once the collection is booked a courier will be arranged to collect the old equipment. 
  • Pitney Bowes will provide the used and unused readings taken from your Pitney Bowes franking machine to An Post who will issue a cheque refund for any unused postage (funds).
    • Important: Cheque refunds from An Post may take up to 8 weeks.
