Resetting or Updating a Password

Instructions on how to change or reset a password for the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.

Go to the Pitney Bowes sign in page to reset a forgotten password or sign in to Your Account to update your password.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select the Forgot your password link.
  3. Enter the email for your account and press Continue.
  4. You will receive an email with instructions and a reset link.
    • If this email does not arrive check your junk folder.

Updating a password

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. On the home screen select the profile icon and click Password & Security.

  3. Enter the new password and the answer to your security question.
  4. Press Submit to update the information.
