Enabling the reception bell in Smart Access Management

You can use the reception bell to request assistance when using Smart Access Management.

You can use the reception bell to request assistance when using Smart Access Management. An email or an SMS message is sent to one or more nominated contacts.

The nominated contact must already exist in the Address Book.

  1. Select SettingsAccess Sites.
  2. Use the edit icon to edit the required site.

  3. Select Assistance.
  4. Set the Enable Assistance toggle to Yes.
  5. You can capture a photo of the person requesting assistance. This will be included in the email to a nominated contact. Tick the Capture Photo box.
  6. Enter the email address and / or the mobile phone number of the contact you want the email and / or SMS message to be sent to.
  7. You can send the email and SMS message to multiple contacts. Select +Add Contact and enter the next person's details.
  8. Select Update. The bell icon appears on the home screen of the kiosk.
