You can maintain staff contacts from Microsoft Entra.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Integrations.
  2. Select the Microsoft Entra ID tab.
  3. Complete each of the fields. You will need to contact your IT department for this information.
  4. Your Microsoft Entra needs to be active for contacts to appear in the contacts list.
  5. Select Validate.
  6. Select Save and Close.
