  1. Create a new email to [email protected]
  2. In the body of the email include the following:
    • Contract, account, or customer number (If unknown provide the number of your latest invoice)
    • Company name
    • Contact name
    • Contact phone number
    • A brief explanation of your request
  3. Send the email to [email protected].
  4. A representative will assist with completing your request.
