Setting up or changing a direct debit
Learn how to set up or change a direct debit for your billing accounts.
Setting up an account for Direct Debit payments enables payments to be processed automatically.
Note:
- Direct Debits can only be applied to a rental agreement or a PB Postage account.
- If you hold more than one account with Pitney Bowes, each account will require its own Direct Debit form.
Setting up or changing a Direct Debit
- Download the required PB Postage or Rental Agreement Direct Debit forms.
- Complete and sign the form.
- Scan the completed form and email it to [email protected].
