Restarting the LobbyTrac (now Smart Access Management or SAM) tablet
You may need to restart the LobbyTrac (now Smart Access Management or SAM) tablet if there is a frozen program, required updates, or if you have recently installed a new driver or software.

You may need to restart the LobbyTrac (now Smart Access Management or SAM) tablet if there is a frozen program, required updates, or if you have recently installed a new driver or software.

- Use the key to open the tablet’s case.
- Remove the front cover.
- Press the power button on the top left corner of the tablet. This will restart the tablet.
- When reinstalling the front cover, be sure to check no cables are caught between the tablet and the case.
- The front cover should be flush with the back of the machine. This will mean that the front cover has been installed correctly.
