Fatal error when running mail on the SendPro C, SendPro C Auto
Reboot the device, check the ink cartridge is in the correct position and check for software updates to resolve a fatal error when running mail.

Issue
A fatal error appears when running mail.
Resolution
- Lift the top cover. The ink cartridge moves forward.
- Check the ink cartridge is in the correct position. If not, remove it and replace it.
- Close the top cover.
- Tap Rates and Updates on the Home screen. The device downloads, then installs available software updates.
- Press the power button for five seconds. The device reboots.
- Confirm the device is now operational by printing an envelope.
