Flashing blue, red, or white power light on the SendPro C, SendPro C Auto
If the power light is flashing blue, red, or white and the device is not working, you may be able to clear the error by restarting the device.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro® C Auto (2H30, R2H30, 7H30C, R7H30C, 7H30A, R7H30A)
Issue
The power light is flashing blue, red, or white. The device is not working.
Cause
This occurs when you hold the power button down too long when you turn the device on or off.
Resolution
Watch this video or follow the instructions below to resolve a flashing power light.
- Unplug the power cord. The screen turns off after 10 seconds.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord directly back into a wall outlet. Check that the wall outlet is working correctly.
- Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
When you turn the device on, just tap the power button. Do not hold it down. If you hold it down too long, an error appears.
