"Transaction log upload required" message on the SendPro C, SendPro C Auto

Upload your transactions when you see the "Transaction log upload required" message.
Products affected: SendPro® C Auto (7H30A, R7H30A), SendPro® C (7H30C, R7H30C), SendPro® C (2H30, R2H30)

Issue

The device displays "Transaction log upload required" and will not run mail.

Cause

Australia Post periodically requires transaction uploads and the SendPro C, SendPro C Auto will not run mail until the requirement is satisfied.

Resolution

  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Scroll down to the Envelope Printer Settings section.
  3. Tap Sync Transaction Data.
