Finding the MAC address for wired and wireless networks on the SendPro C, SendPro C Auto
The MAC address is the network identifier for the device. IT uses it to allow the device onto the network.

The MAC address is the network identifier for the device. IT uses it to allow the device onto the network.
Your device contains two MAC addresses: One for wireless connections and one for wired connections.
Locating the MAC address for wireless connections
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Wi-Fi.
- The MAC address appears above the list of wireless networks.
Locating the MAC address for wired connections
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Wired (Ethernet). The MAC address is present at the top of the screen.
If the MAC address does not appear, try these steps:
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down to the Advanced Device Options section and tap About this C-Series.
- Scroll down to the Base Network Info section to locate the MAC Address.
- Tap Cancel to return to the Home screen.
