Locating the email address for your SendPro Mailstation

In order to refill postage, change payment methods, and manage cost accounts you will need to log in to PitneyShip using the same credentials used when installing the SendPro Mailstation. Follow these steps to locate the email address used during the installation of your SendPro Mailstation.

Products affected: SendPro® Mailstation, SendPro® Mailstation LITE (HZ0L)

In order to refill postage, change payment methods, and manage cost accounts you will need to log in to PitneyShip using the same credentials used when installing the SendPro Mailstation. Follow these steps to locate the email address used during the installation of your SendPro Mailstation.

  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Tap the right arrow until you see About Device.
  3. Tap About Device.
  4. Tap the right arrow until you see User Info.
  5. Tap User Info to display the email address used to install the SendPro Mailstation.
